Business Development Manager – Strategic Markets (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
- Develop strategic customer and market growth initiatives across Europe
- Identify new business opportunities through market and competitive analysis
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Support regional sales teams and align activities with global go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with international teams to develop customer-focused solutions
- Represent IPG Photonics at industry events and conferences
- Work with Product Line Managers and Applications Engineering to ensure solutions are tailored to evolving customer and market requirements
Your profile:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in business development, sales, or key account management in an industrial or high-tech environment
- Experience in materials processing and laser technology
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
